Total Price for 6 classes, once a week, is 90 euros, based on 15 euros per 45 minute class. Please register by October 1st via email or telephone. Payment is due at that time. Saehee taught traditional Korean drumming in Wisconsin, USA for more than 10 years as a Teaching Artist. She is passionate about sharing South Korean culture and music to children from all over the world. She has worked with public and private schools in Wisconsin, community centers, music schools and cultural centers.
In 2018, Saehee won a prestigious Wisconsin Folk Arts Master Teacher Grant to promote and share traditional music of South Korea. In this fun and interactive class, children will learn basic traditional drumming rhythms from Korea, as well as learn songs in English and Korean. Hand drums called Sogo, will be provided during class, as well as other percussion instruments. Students will also perform a short drumming piece for families at the end of the 6 week program. Saehee is excited to share her culture through drumming and cannot wait to meet your child!
