Recent Awards for Korean Traditional Drumming

Saehee is one of the recent awardees for the Wisconsin Arts Board Folk Arts Apprenticeship Program FY 2018.
She received the designation of master teacher and will be working with students Brooke and Andy Thiele
to continue the share the tradition of Korean drumming, Pungmul in Milwaukee.
It is truly an honor and privilege for Saehee to share her knowledge and love of Korean Folk Music through traditional drumming.

News about Kosari Kimchi and Saehee's Kimchi Class

Saehee was invited to the Fermentation Festival in Reedsburg on October 14, 2017
to teach a hands on Kimchi class.
During this class, she was interviewed and filmed by the Smithsonian Museum crew for
an exhibition called Crossroads: Change in Rural America project.
